“New Police Post Commissioned at University of Professional Studies, Accra”
The Minister for the Interior, Hon. Muntaka Mohammed-Mubarak, has commissioned a new police post at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). The police post is a result of collaboration between the Ghana Police Service and the UPSA management.
The police post will serve as a vital hub for police operations and community engagement, enabling prompt and efficient response to security concerns.
According to the Minister reaffirmed the government’s commitment to supporting security agencies in ensuring the safety and security of citizens.
The Minister urged the community to partner with the police to identify and address security concerns and promote a culture of safety and security.
The Minister charged the police officers manning the post to utilize the facility effectively and efficiently, engaging with the community and addressing their security concerns proactively. He expressed confidence that the police post will mark a new chapter in the collective pursuit of safety and security for all.
