“Youth Group Condemns Government’s Failure to Deliver on Promises”

The Youth for Action group, led by Convener Isaac Achiampong, has expressed disappointment and frustration with the government’s failure to deliver on its promises to the youth.

The group is particularly concerned about the government’s silence on the establishment of a young entrepreneurial micro credit institution, which was a key promise made during the 2024 general elections.

The group is condemning the government’s failure to deliver on its promise of establishing a young entrepreneurial micro credit institution with a seed money of 750 million Ghana cedis. The group is also concerned about the recent increase in utility tariffs, which will further impoverish Ghanaians, particularly the youth.

The group believes that the government’s actions will have a significant impact on the youth, who are already struggling to access affordable electricity and other essential services.

The Youth for Action group is calling on the government to take immediate action to address these concerns and deliver on its promises to the youth. They are also urging the government to reconsider the utility tariff increases and find alternative solutions to support the economy.

“Where is the 750 million Ghana cedis seed money you promised?” – Isaac Achiampong, Convener of Youth for Action. “The government’s actions appear to be aimed at impoverishing Ghanaians, particularly the youth.” – Isaac Achiamong, Convener of Youth for Action.
