The Pan-African Progressive Front (PPF) has extended its warmest congratulations to His Excellency Dr. Ekwow Spio-Garbrah on his appointment as Presidential Special Envoy for Reparations, assisting H.E. President John Dramani Mahama, the African Union Champion and Leader for Reparations.
