The Hajia Task Force, in collaboration with the Ghana Pilgrims Association, has organized a sensitization seminar for pilgrims embarking on the Hajj journey to the Holy Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The seminar aims to educate pilgrims on the do’s and don’ts, behavior, and facilities available to them during their journey.

According to the Head of Corporate Affairs, Alhaji A.B.A FUSANI, Hajj Task Force, emphasized the importance of sensitizing pilgrims on the laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia, as well as the rituals and procedures of the Hajj pilgrimage.

Pilgrims were reminded of prohibited items, including hard narcotic drugs and Cola, which is now treated as a banned substance.

The Hajia Task Force has put in place facilities to ease the burdens of the pilgrims, and the agents will provide support throughout their journey.

The objective of the sensitization seminar is to ensure that pilgrims are well-prepared and aware of what to expect during their journey, enabling them to perform their religious duties with ease and confidence. Similar sensitization seminars have been held in other regions, including Tamale.
